All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
- is accompanied by the original proof of purchase;
- is returned in its original RAANI packaging;
- is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged; and
- has all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@raani.studio or [phone number] within the applicable timeframe. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. RAANI reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final and are not eligible for exchange. If an item is marked down after your purchase as part of a promotion, any approved exchange will be processed at the item's current selling price.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Approved exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process from the date we receive the returned item.
